Hello,

My name is Jozlyn Hildebrand and I am happily married with two teenage daughters and 5 dogs. Yes, five dogs, crazy right? I grew up in the small town of London, Ohio. I've lived in the Dayton area since graduating college at Wright State University in 2004. I have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and spent most of my 17 years as a nurse working Emergency Room and advanced care units. In my final year as a nurse I worked with Hospice of Dayton.

Most of my friends know me as a fitness junkie! I've taught group exercise classes for 13 years at many area gyms and have met so many like minded friends. I love to run and bike outdoors and have participated in many triathlons, and marathons and even completed a Half Ironman!

My husband and I have owned rental properties for the last 10 years and managing rentals is what sparked my interest in real esate. Over the last several years we have turned some rentals into furnished Airbnb/VRBO. I also manage vacation or mid-term rentals for other landlords. Its exciting to meet so many people traveling and looking for rentals.
